BJP to impart new culture

Mishra admitted to a changed work culture in the government. The 73-year-old Lok Sabha MP from Deoria in Uttar Pradesh said that he along with his colleagues were trying to keep pace with PM Narendra Modi, who is known to work for long hours day after day. Mishra said that Modi is a strong votary of “minimum government, maximum governance”. His aides have said he plans to implement many of his ideas now. Kalraj Mishra inaugurates Delhi International Leather Fair

Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Kalraj Mishra inaugurated the fourth edition of the India International Leather Fair on Thursday. The three-day B2B event has been organised by the India Trade Promotion Organizations (ITPO). Speaking at the function, Mishra said the Indian leather industry holds a prominent place in the economy with an annual turnover of USD 11 billion. He described it as an employment intensive sector, providing jobs to about 2.5 million people in the country, and added that women employment is predominant in leather sector with about 30 per cent share. Visited Ramlala

Union cabinet minister Kalraj Mishra visited ‘Ram Lala’ — the makeshift temple — at the disputed Ram Janmabhoomi complex on Saturday morning. He later described it as a personal visit.
